Area police gear up for holiday DWI crackdown
“Law enforcement officials across the Seacoast have a message for anyone thinking about drinking (or drugging) and driving on area roads this holiday season: Don’t!
Representatives from the Seabrook, Hampton Falls, Hampton, Rye and Portsmouth police departments, along with members of the state police and Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department announced on Wednesday this year’s holiday initiative aimed at keeping impaired drivers off the roads. Officers from the North Hampton Police Department will also take part in the program.”
